Privacy policy
This policy describes the actual data areas used by the platform: Discord sign-in, user listings, reviews, ownership claims, bot integrations, security logs and technical cookies required for the application to work correctly.
1. Categories of data
We process Discord account data required for sign-in, user identification and ownership checks. We also process listing content, reviews, ownership claims, technical data sent by bots and audit logs related to safety and moderation.
2. Data from bot integrations
When the platform bot syncs a listing, we may process guildId, invite details, member counts, presence, heartbeat data or installation status. This data is used to keep the directory current, detect when the bot has been removed and reduce abuse tied to fake verification.
3. Sessions, cookies and security
The platform uses technical cookies and session mechanisms to maintain sign-in, protect OAuth redirects and separate session data from tokens needed for Discord API flows. These are operational cookies rather than marketing cookies and are required for the panel and authorization logic to function.
4. Retention and logs
Selected operations such as sign-in, sign-out, listing creation, edits, deletion, claims and admin actions may be stored in audit logs. Data is retained for as long as needed to protect the service, handle disputes, prevent abuse and preserve system integrity.
5. Sharing and user rights
We do not sell user data. Information may only be shared with infrastructure providers required to run the service, such as hosting, database services, Discord as the sign-in provider or security tooling. Users may request access, correction or deletion of data where required by law and consistent with the service model.
6. Privacy contact
Before commercial launch, this document should be completed with the identity of the controller, the legal basis for processing, the jurisdiction and a dedicated contact route for privacy or GDPR requests. Operationally, this policy already reflects the real data flows used in the application.
