Terms for using the platform

This document describes the operating terms for the directory, owner panel, Discord integrations, moderation logic and publication of advertising or downloadable assets. It is operational in nature and should be supplemented with entity data, billing rules and jurisdiction before a commercial production launch.

1. Scope of the service

The platform allows publication and promotion of listings for Discord servers, bots, emoji and templates. This includes the public directory, owner panels, review systems, claims, bot synchronization and selected administrative tools.

2. Responsibility for content

The owner or submitting party is responsible for descriptions, visuals, links, metrics and every claim contained in a listing. By publishing you confirm that you have the right to manage that asset and that the information provided is current and not misleading.

3. Bot dependencies and automation

Some server listings may depend on the platform bot for invite sync, verification or status management. Removing the bot from the guild can result in automatic listing disablement without additional notice so the directory does not promote unverified entries.

4. Downloadable assets

Emoji packs and templates must lead to lawful, working assets that match the listing description. Publishing material that infringes copyright, impersonates official brands or hides the real content of an asset is prohibited.

5. Enforcement of the terms

The admin team may edit listing status, limit visibility, reject campaigns, remove content, restrict accounts or escalate cases to manual review. These decisions are made to protect users and maintain the integrity of the directory.
